Max P. Henzi

One of the founding engineers of Lavenir in 1985, Mr. Henzi has extensive experience in the PCB industry. Mr. Henzi was a Senior Project Engineer with Paragon Technology a CAD system developer. Additionally, he served as a Project Engineer and member of the technical staff at Nicolet Zeta (a manufacturing company specializing in Pen Plotting technology) and at TRW. Mr. Henzi holds a B.S. degree in Electrical Engineering from University of California, Los Angeles. Mr. Henzi is also one of the founders of PentaLogix. His extensive knowledge of the software and history of Lavenir will give PentaLogix the advantage of a long established company in the industry.

Marius Matioc

A cofounder of Lavenir Technology in 1985. Mr. Matioc graduated with a B.S. in Computer Science from Vanderbilt University and later received his M.S. in Computer Science from U.C. Berkeley. From both universities, he graduated with honors. Mr. Matioc served as a software engineer at well known firms including Paragon Technology, Nicolet Zeta and EDS. Mr. Matioc was the originator of the Lavenir CAM software. Mr. Matioc brings his years of knowledge at Lavenir as well as the leadership to direct the PentaLogix product suite in the future.

Jill Cherné

Ms. Cherné joined Lavenir in 1990 as a Purchasing Agent bringing with her 6 years of electronics procurement experience from Paragon Technology. In addition she offers a background in Manufacturing Management & Operations Control from Tectan Inc. an audio communications manufacturer engaged in design and manufacture of satellite & radio communications equipment. Ms. Cherné served as Lavenir’s Manufacturing Manager for 8 years and Chief Operations Officer for 4 years. She brings to PentaLogix a solid background in management and an understanding of manufacturing operations and processes.

James Cherné

Mr. Cherné joined Lavenir in 1986 as VP of Manufacturing. Mr. Cherné has a wide array of R&D and Manufacturing experience from Paragon Technology, where he served as the Senior Manager in charge of Manufacturing. Mr. Cherne brings to PentaLogix a working knowledge of PCBs and manufacturing processes.
